shipping & returns

shipping

orders are prepared and posted within one to three working days though we aim to despatch next day if we can. We use a 24 or 48 hr tracked service for the UK and an International tracked service for worldwide deliveries.

we will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods.

If you are interested in a piece and your destination is not listed, please feel free to message us for a shipping quote.

international shipping

orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check with your local government customs office, prior to placing an order, if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery.

we do not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to goods returned by the customer.

we charge a flat fee per item for international shipping. if we are able to combine multiple items into one parcel for a lower shipping cost then we will refund the difference to you.

returns

all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns once an order has been placed.

all our works are carefully checked prior to shipping. However, if any faults or damage are found upon receipt of the item, please contact us via email at lood.studio@hotmail.com, within 7 days of receipt of your delivery, with your order number and photos of the items.
